Shareholders Visit Program

Annual Retail Shareholder Factory Visit

Indorama Ventures will arrange a factory visit for about 45 retail shareholders every year. Shareholders are requested to attend the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) at which a form will be available to record names and contact details of those interested. The date of the visit will depend on the available time of the Corporate Communications Department, but will usually take place in the second half of the year.

Registration at the AGM

Registration for the factory visit at the AGM is made in order to encourage retail shareholders to attend the AGM. If more than 45 retail shareholders register at the AGM, only the first-randomized 45 will be invited to the next factory visit, if they are still shareholders at the time of invitation. If any of the first group of 45 shareholders are no longer shareholders at the time of invitation, others from the AGM list will be invited if they are still shareholders at the time of invitation. The most recent shareholder list will be used to choose random retail shareholders to make up numbers if necessary.

Exclusive for Retail Shareholders

As the factory visit is for retail shareholders only, all names registered at the AGM will be checked against a recent shareholders list close to the time of the visit invitation. Anyone who is no longer a shareholder at that time will be ineligible for the visit.

Fairness

Due to the large number of retail shareholders of IVL, those who have been on a factory visit before will no longer be eligible to go again.

Definition of retail shareholder

A retail shareholder is one who is registered in the shareholder list by name and home address at the nearest date before invitations are made. Shareholders who register at the AGM but are not shareholders at the time of invitation are ineligible.

SPECIAL NOTES:

A retail shareholder factory visit may be cancelled or postponed at any time. IVL staff will try to contact all those invited but cannot be held responsible if contact cannot be made within a reasonable time.

2011 Retail Shareholder Factory Visit

Due to severe flooding in Thailand, the retail shareholder factory visit will be postponed to 18 November 2011.
